I just received a call from Caribou so i searched and came up with this site.  I know it's a job for a well meaning soul, but I HATE this form of sales!  They KNOW you are likely to answer your phone!  If I forget and answer before looking, or let's say my 5 year old picks it up and thinks she's doing me a favor by pressing the talk ****on as she gives it to me, my usual spiel is, "you know, I'd might have been likely to buy a few of those ____, but I'm opposed to phone sales intrusions, tell your boss"  and I **** up first.  i never got on the no call list - I suspect that only presents a challenge to the true sharks.  They like to say "this is NOT a sales call" a lot anyway, looking for a loop hole.

showed up with phone# & Caribou, ME left no message. Second attempt

Shows up on Caller ID as "Credit Services." They didn't leave a message.

Caller ID shows "Credit Services". Caller did not leave message on recorder.

Automated voice saying to keep our credit in good standing hurry and take advantage of their offer. Call 1-2 daily...

Trying to lower my credit card rate but the company had no idea which credit card I even had.

Called at 8:45 AM and woke my husband up. S****ed the call saying nothing is wrong with your credit card accounts, but you need to hurry to take advantage of lowering your interest rates.

This company called my home & cell phone.  Both numbers are on the DO NOT CALL list.  Caller ID said "credit services.".

I'm filing a complaint w/ FCC since they don't talk human-to-human.

They just called my work desk number, which is on the Do Not Call Registry.When I was transferred to a person, I asked to be taken off the list and they ***g up on me.****s.

Answered after the third ring, but they ***g up immediately. Caller ID showed "Credit Service."

Cslls all the time, never anyone on line.

called my cell. I didn't answer. No message. I don't know anyone from this area code, so it is suspect right off the bat.

Didn't take the call. When calling they number, they offer to let you opt out of their "special promotion" calls...

offering to lower rate on credit card but could not say which one and then ***g up when i asked a***n fraudsters

I received a call from this number at 4:55 est, I have no idea who it was from.

I'm on the national no call list - did not answer this call and they didn't leave a message

BTW, report this number to the FCC do not call violation website. Maybe eventually they will stop calling.

caller id showed Credit Services..called with a recorded spiel about my 'account being fine right now'..but I must call back immediately to find out how to preserve my low rate?..I have no credit cards other than my own local bank!

"Heather" from "Credit Services" calling to offer an opportunity to lower my credit card interest rates!! Yeah, ok, just call her back and give my credit card info?? I don't think so. Scam.

i got this call when i was trying to sleep. I checked it was one i did not recognize so did not answer. i found this site with this number mentioned by Googling the number. It was my cell phone it called. Used to be only my home phone was abused by these **&^%^s. Does leaving my message here help?

a call came from this number just right after another fraudaulent call..caller id says its from credit services..when you answer no one answered so i just ***g up and looked it up and sure enough it is a fraud call..

No message. I don't answer unknown calls.

A Mr. "Ryan" answered the automated recording after I hit a "1". I asked him who he was and he said he was with "Crdit Services for MasterCharge/Visa. He said "You're credit rating is good". "Are you paying more than 10% interest on your cards now?" I said "No" and he immediately ***g up.

we have urgent information about your credit card.... This is a repeated call with different numbers, same recording it always says choose 1 to talk to someone and 2 to opt out. 2 always gives you someone and they usually get nasty when you tell them to remove your number. How Do you stop this?

207-493-2630 caller id says Caribou, Maine. Telemarketer calling from 207-493-2630. Robodialers are illegal for use to California phone numbers. Other comments on this number point to another unscrupulous operator. Here is a transcript from the recorded message: "It is urgent however that you contact us concerning your eligibility for lowering your interest rates to as little as 6.9%. Your eligibility expires shortly so please consider this your final notice. Please press one now on your phone to speak with a live operator and lower your interest rates or press two to discontinue further notices. Thank you and have a great day"

This company or person called my cell phone at least 40 times in one day ! It was very, very annoying more so because I was awaiting news from a medical test. This happened yes****ay.

Says Caribou ME on caller ID,will not leave message.I,will not answer unknown numbers.
