Anonymous Can you stop most Spam from other telemarketers?

Claimed to know me from a previous job I had

Continues to call me for no reason.

They call over and over saying someone is pressing charges for fraud call back no answer

Any way to block these callers, I get them from many different numbers, always a message in same voice about some kind of fraud and charges being files, thing is you cant even understand the language and the calls come from several different numbers and locations but are always the same voice and message. Is this a scam or what, I know Ive not committed any type of fraud!
