Definitely a debt collector. And apparently they don't understand the concept of "WRONG NUMBER". I've had this number for over 3 YEARS, and since the day I got it I've been getting calls for "Donald", and telling them EVERY time, "That's not me!". SOOOO annoying!

Came up on caller ID as Central ME Med; the hospital. I have never been there; but I didn't think of that until I got off the phone. It was a recording. They didn't have my name correct, either!!
