Just got a call on my cell from them, no message. They just got Blocked!

Calling and asking me to pay **X amount of money. Asked if I will pay now over the phone. Ya, like I'm going to give you ANY personal info over the phone. LEAVE ME ALONE!!!! Oh and one more thing,,,, kiss my *** !!!!

These people keep calling me and i have no idea what about? Ive learned that they are a debt collectors agency but I have received no statements from them and the ony debt i have is from college loans from the government, but am still in college and i dont need to pay those until 6 months after graduation. so why are they calling me? im very confused and dont want to answer until I know what their business is.

No idea who these people are but they ***g up upon me answering it... Getting more calls from that area code now... greaaaat. I have no bills and they have no reason to be calling me.

I got a call also from Chapman.  Their idiots. I s****ed quoting state and federal guidelines on collection, and they ***g up on me - never got a call back.  They are totally unprepared for those who can take them on.

You can't imagine what it's like to be poor, on disability and tell the Coeur D' Alene Medical Center that you can't afford to make payments, that you are forced to live on less than a poverty income and can't pay. Days go by without being able to afford to eat, to make sure your Daughter does. Idaho is a heartless uncaring State. Do yourselves a favor, avoid the corruption and constant power rate increases. Chapman Financial Services is a preditor. They pray on the poor and the sick, trying to extract money from people who just don't have it, so their big business partners the Insurance company that owns them can make money off the poor. Idaho Legislature that *****s Social Security money from those who have bonafied disabilities. Forcing them to live on an income based on 1950's figures. Avoid Idaho where law enforcement and their judicial system are the criminals. It's a State based on organized crime, rampant with corruption and no drug arrests. Avoid Idaho at all costs, regardless of their propaganda. It is a toxic State in every regard.
