Received a text at 1:38 A.M. referencing a local for sale ad that I have posted on Craigslist. It read "Hey love to have a deal on this item (ad title) ? I m proceed to offer you ($10.00 less than asking price)...If offer consider text with 2080-410-6786 Rob.

And the reason why they are keep call you is that the telemarketing reps have certain minimum cut line of how many phone calls they must call mandatorily or they get paid commisionwisely by quantities of calls they made, thus they need to make a call as many as possible in a day in order to keep their job and make money and it's waste of time for them to talk to you since they already know that you are not gonna do it lol

Becky This number has called about 6 times so far today asking for some weird name- Velma or something like that, keep telling them it is not the right number but they keep calling. The first few times they hung up as we answered. Getting really annoying!

Annoyed!!! Got a phone call (8:49pm) from an out-of-state number that I didn't "know" or recognize. (Does this mean that they are involved in Interstate Fraud?) They, of course, left no message. As always, I didn't answer, but looked up the number here. I am on the National Do-Not-Call List, and have been for a number of years now. (I guess this is our government at work for us. [Or not working for us.]) I'm going to http://www.fcc.gov/complaints AND to https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx and see if that can get the government to work for me, and stop these calls. (Yes I will go through all those steps.) [I have also bookmarked these URL's.] I have also assigned a silent ringtone to this number. (I am up to 79 now.) We should all pile on.
