Potential scammer/fraud!

These idiots have tried to hide their numbers because they are scammers

Contacted by Kelly Thomas to receive some of Manuel Franco's Powerball winnings.

this is a scammer number

they are blackmailing my friend for money

they left a voicemail to lower my interest rate to 6.9%.  Was a recording that said I needed to press 1 to talk to a live operator.  Said I could get off their list if I pressed 3 but I am going to just not answer until they give up.
