National advocates they called twice left No message. I called back and she was rude. I asked them to not call me.

It was a voice mail as I did not answer since I did not recognize the phone number. When I called the phone number back I get a busy signal after 8 rings. I work in law enforcement so I did verify my brother has no legal action with in the USA.
