just gave me a weird fealing like they could be up to no good. when they called no answer on the other side and when i called back it said line had not been allocated.

Strange... I got a call from a family member on a cell phone way out in Texas near Mexico and didn't have much of a signal. The number came up 208-621-2025 by mistake. Maybe this number is used as a generic number as a way to reroute calls.
