I've been getting a messages in the whatsapp. He is going by Kelvin. His profile picture look like he's in the military. He sent me a picture of himself claiming to be him with stars tattoos going done his side. and large bird of an eagle with wording but can't make it out. I think he's marine. He also have another tatt on his arm. can't make that one out.

He lives in cda Idaho

Repeated calls from this number. No voicemails left. Person would not speak when I answered the phone.
