They keep calling me and Im not sure..I dont like answering unknowns

I too am fed up with these calls, daily even hourly!!!  Political calls are EXEMPT from the "Do Not Call" list. This is what the telephone company told me...Can you believe THAT?  I tried blocking it with Call Rejection, but it is not the kind of number that can be blocked...I reported it to the FTC at www.donotcall@gov Don't know what else to do ;(  Also, the number 208.724.7429 is calling for this same S***bag Minnick! Don't you just love his campaign tactics?

I don't care WHO is harassing me on my CELL PHONE.  26 f***ing times over three days.  STOP F***ING CALLING MY CELL PHONE!!!!!!!!  IT IS ILLEGAL TO CALL CELL NUMBERS.

Called 6 times today and numerous times other days.  Who is it?
