My call was from Huckpac.org.  I got tired of seeing them constantly on my Caller Id, so picked up.Mine was a recorded call asking questions on Illegal Immigration & asking if you will donate to the cause.  What is the purpose of the Do Not Call Registry when so many people have loopholes?

Got a call this morning, and left a message saying "will call back later", no number left, no real message, no name left, checked on internet, and found it's a scam. I never reply or answer a number don't know about.

Same thing for me as to what El Viejo said above.  The number is always busy so I looked it up online.  Great site and thanks for the info!

Just missed a call from this number to my home in Austin, TX at 6:05 pm. Called it back immediately and it was busy. Before I called back a second time, I did an internet search to identify the number and found this site. This site (phoneowner.info) is a genuine public service. Thanks!

I am continually getting calls DATA2010RSRCH  (1-208-758-0238)  I am handicap and these calls are very annoying.Calling them back does nothing.I am also getting calls 2 -3 daily from Steve Poizner (916) 325-6858.  I have difficulty getting to the phone and have asked them to stop calling.  They continue.I wish they would all stop.

I'ts an automatic robo-call with a s****ed caller ID number. You can't call them back. It does no good to report this number to the Do Not Call guys. There are hackers out there that know how to s**** a phone number. The phone companys' systems are too lame and ineffective to prevent this, and Congress doesn't give a **** about this any more than they care about spam and malware on the internet.

received call with Data 2010 Research in the caller ID yes****ay. I never answer such calls and just block them for future returns if any.  Sounds like a political or such.  Could be a scam per other reports here.  Just not sure as I never answer such calls.

I have ignored these calls and they still keep coming; a total of at least 6 times.  Answering still perpetuates the calls. They ask if I think Obama is doing a good job. They have called my cell phone and the home phone. The recording always states that they will call a***n.

just got an automated call from this number.  the recording asked, "Do you think Obama is doing a good job?"   I gave a knee **** response:  I laffed and then said:  "it's not a "no", it's a***** N O !   Then there was nothing more at the other end.  Had I checked this site first I would've ***g up.

I have received 2 calls from thsi number (automated recordings) and would like to be removed from their list.

Gotta call at 7:52 PM Pacific Time on my cell phone but left the phone in the car. They left a message with a male voice saying: "We May Call Back Later". So of course, I naturally Googled the area code by typing: 208 area codeIt's a number from the state Udaho.. not I. And I read everything here, so yah, I don't feel like taking some lame a** vote without having me laugh while doing, I'm glad I left the phone in the car.

Received a call ~7pm PDT on my cell phone. When I picked up, a recorded voice said, "This is Survey 2010. Do you plan to vote in the Republican Primary?" I ***g up before they could say more.

What good does it do a polician or a business if the company they hire to make calls does not have someone on the line to talk to if the recipient of the call answers the phone? Or alternatively, what good is it not to leve a message?  My guess is they get paid by the number oof calls made and by the number of calls answered and the business or politician is paying them to do nothing. Finally, even if they speak to the person who answers the phone and the issue is controversial or an obvious negative slam a***nst an opponent, then all they have done is annoy the person.****** is as ****** does, I guess..

Same as JoAnne, it filed a complaint with DoNotCall and then blocked the number.

didn't answer, most likely a political poll, i thought the DNC list applied to political polls as well....Wish i knew who sponsored these calls so i can decide not to vote for them....

I keep getting calls from this number but no messages are left.If it is important then they should leave a message.

These phone calls are pure outrageous propaganda!  **** up...send THEM a message back!

I said*****o,  it responded with " are you registered to vote"? I said another*****o (louder just in case it was a REAL human being on the other end) it then stated they would call me later and I ***g up.  I, like most ppl hate these type of calls and I hate them so much I took the time to make up a lil so-called script to talk to these type of ppl....to mess with them/or the ma****e. Instead of being frustrated with it and becoming angry I make it a little fun (for me...yes I'm easily entertained)

The number on the caller ID doesn't work, either. How the scam works:If I had agreed with what they wanted (this call was slanted conservative) I'd have gotten a "real" way to talk to somebody who would have asked for a "donation" OR I would have gotten a call back from the boiler room operator asking for "help" with some "cause". There's plenty of legit groups, left and right, for you to send money too....Who knows who these people are - I do know that REAL political groups have REAL phone numbers and don't hide caller ID information. Not sure who this is. Is there not some solution to these bull **** calls. Obviously the National Do Not Call list is a SCAM!!!!!!

I received a call at 8 pm, no one answers.

Two cell phones received a call from this number.  Didn't answer either.

I signed up with Paypal to collect using Texting, so when they spam me, I bill their phone number...

This is a poll (most likely paid for by your local/state politicians). Some of them are about *** marriage and some are about your party affiliation. They will not leave a message because you're called by an autodialer. I suggest ignoring these phone calls, but they have called me twice in two days. So perhaps answering will save you from being called repeatedly.

An automated message asks if I am am old enough to vote and if I believe that marriage should stay between one and and one woman. I didn't respond with a yes or no and the ma****e said that this interview will end without a yes or no answer.
