Laura Manzano Caller says nothing and then the call is disconnected

NoSpamBoise Called 6 (six!) times on 9/17/2014. Most likely spam/scam call. Now blocked, so they can call as often as they wish and I don't care.

This caller is a reason why I spent more money with the CA phone company that provides service to add expensive and valuable CALL-ID with Privacy Manager. We have to screen out "unverifiable bogarts" like this group. I got my free credit reports a few months ago and have nothing in collections or late. Recently, they phoned--not leaving anything in answering ma****e--when home and I see an Idaho Call--it must be the TEA party. Called in 2011: 3-21, 3-19, 3-17, 3-16, 3-15, 3-14, 3-11, 3-07, 3-03, 2-28, 2-24, 2-09. I had someone call that number back, really late night, with my number blocked to see who was calling and got a standard automated greeting.
