Mo i got a call from this number by a guy claiming to be a sheriff’s deputy in ada county, idaho. he used the name stephen bartlett, and had a very convincing script. he attempts to get you to pay $800 for a failure to appear warrant, claiming a jury summons was sent to you and a verified response with your name and signature was sent back. if you receive a call from this number, or have a call similar on other numbers, simply search the warrant database in the county they claim to represent. honestly, he had me going big time & it was only after i searched the name ‘stephen bartlett’ did i realize it was a scam. stephen is a retired ada county sheriff that resigned in 2021.

The call was about UPS deliery of a package asking more money on a package that was already paid for delivery

Facebook date site. Says hes a dentist in wenachee, washington. Very smooth talker, asking me to buy a steam card so he can min. To his phone. He says if i dont do it he vant call me. And asked me to chat with him. Watts app. And het off gavebook. He also says hes polish but claimed to be Dr. Terri Chris. Very thick accent.

Keeps calling, no messages. The one time I did answer it was automated and wanted to reduce my credit card debt.

BK One would think that SIX requests to an operator to be removed from their call list in the past 5 weeks should be sufficient notice, but here's a 7th call to let me know that a Senior Benefits Specialist will be in my area yet a***n this week. Their supervisors are always too busy, or non-existent, to respond, even though I've put them on notice of a report to the authorities, FWIW.
