I have recd 20calls and they have the wrong number.  This is a place of business that employed people.  How can I get these calls to stop because they are becoming ***ual in nature and using profanity.  These are some real idoits that need so****ing to do.

It is a scam.  They operate from overseas and they illegally obtain your personal information and then use it to try and dupe you into sending them money.  The best you can do is report and then ignore.  Just another bunch of foreign clowns trying to get so****ing for nothing.

Same thing has been happening to me since 5/13 - calls to my cell and work numbers, threatening voicemails, callers identifying themselves as Alan Parker and Harry Smith, then when I called back I got Kevin Johnson. I asked them to serve me the lawsuit at my address and asked for their address so my lawyer could send a cease and desist. They refused to say anything about what was left on the message (which I could barely understand in some instances due to the accents), but were insistent, rude and finally ***g up on me when I refused to provide identifying information. I filed a report on the Internet Crime Complaint Center, as recommended by someone who posted. I also filed a report with my local police department, who said they would look into it but also warned that the callers are likely in a foreign company using pre-paid cell phone numbers and can't be located. I suggest taking the call and making it clear that you're onto them and not giving them a dime. My bet is they won't persist in calling once they know they're not going to get anything out of you and move on to the next number on the list. Incidentally, I did take out a payday loan, which was promptly repaid by automatic withdrawal from my account on the date due. I'm guessing these scammers somehow accessed my information (including my work phone) that way, as I have never used that number on any other application.

I just received a phone call from these people too.  They said I took a cash advance out but I never did.  Threaten me about putting out an arrest for me.  They even call my employer, so I will report this along with getting a lawyer

He called and said i got a loan and didnt pay it back i never took out a loan and they ask if i had an internoney and daid if i didnt call them back then i had to go to court

keep getting calling from this umber telling they are going to file an arrest report for fraud, federal theft, etc and they will have a sheriff arrive at my employers to present me with this complaint.  They won't tell me much except that it is for a cash advance load of $300.  Supposedly the loan was made last month.  I can pay $300. and a back mark won't go a***nst my SS#.  They said I would be contacted by the Sheriff's dept. in my state)(??)   When I asked for more information, they ***g up on me.  They identified themselves as a Mr. Kevin Peterson and Richar4d ****son.  They had very heavy Indian accents and hard to understand.  This is a SCAM!!!

this number kee calling me! Who are these people?

i too received several phone calls on my cell and house phone stating that a sheriff would be looking for me and in my mind im like my goodness i know that i have a couple collections but nothing to the degree that they would threaten me and wish me luck on my life so I called back and the number is disconnected. While listening to one of the voicemails he almost calls his self john and sounds ***** and indian. say that he is from some form you can barely understand him. I recently applied for a loan for the first time and since then this call has been none stop.***

I recieved a call that I had an unpaid cash advance and they would contact my employer and send it to the police for further action, possibly jail. Told me to fax my driver lisence and pre paid debit card info along with an apology letter that stated I would not dispute this claim.  I never took out a cash advance loan so I know this is bogus.

These people keep harassing me, at my work & my cell!  They are threatning me & stalking me!  He would not tell me the name of the supposed law firm. He said it was for a payday loan from last year..I have not had a payday loan or any loan in over 10 years!!  What do I do??  Two names that are calling are Kevin & Shawn Smith. He ***g up on me when I confronted him! I could lose my job over these calls!

This is a persons cell phone number. I called them back and if you talk to them you will no its a real person. He is a sick pervert. He needs to be turned in to someone that will do so****ing about this. I dont how he is getting all these peoples numbers. He ask me to add him on facebook. This person is pretending to be a company and get peoples ss#. He is not a company please dont fall for him. Everytime he called me he used a different name. This is a Newman,CA cell phone number NOT a company of any kind. Someone please tell me how to turn him in a I will. I just dont know who to turn him in to.

And He also said he couldn't go into Details about it unless I give him my Social Security Number and I said Negative, I am Not giving you nothing Period. DO NOT GiVE THEM ANY INFORMATiON ESPECIALLY SSN# and Bank Acounts & etc....  And Said this Company was called U.S. Security So****ing I think, but I asked him to repeat the name of this company, agin he said he wasn't going into Details.

A man called me from a (209)243-0104 Today & left me a message say that I should Him (Shawn Marshall) an Indian using an American name, but anyways saying that I need to call him back ASAP and if he doesnt here from me or my attorney today then he good Lucky on My Life!!! LOL Are you serious?? Soo then the same Indian guy called from a 0000 number twice soo I finally answered & I need to pay Legal fees and Debt fees and I will hear be hearing from the police & the DA Office, soo I said you really I said to him you are nothing but A SCAM You HEAR ME! Then he said so****ing I couldnt understand In his Non-English/Indian accent, Then I said dont me a***n and then I said go F*** Yourself you Muslium A**! and said thats not the language to use and said good Lucky on the rest of life. Then he ***g up and before I could comment back!

They called me 6 times from 209-243-0104 and then 2 times from 0000. He said has name was Shawn Marshall but he was indian. They said I had to confirm my ss# or I was going to regret it and good luck with the things are gonna happen to me. The said it I dont call them back I will go to jail. I called them back and I got an answer ma****e. They left me 2 threatening messages saying the same thing and if i dont call them back to have a good life. He never would tell me the name of the company. He wanted me to send money ASAP. Don't fall for this it is a SCAM that has s****ed a few days ago please don't fall for it.

I received this call stating I had a time sensitive matter and that the sheriff office would come to my job or home.  I would like to report this number as harrassment.  The gentlemen had an indian accent.

I've received three calls from 'Austin Powers' (with an Indian accent not unlike Apu on "The Simpsons.'  Does Austin scold his customers 'this is not a li***ry! at his second job?'Sorry for the racism, but "Austin" has asked me or my 'retained attorney' to call him back ASAP or 'further trouble will be made.'  I dialled back the number and it is 'not in service.'

I just received a call from 209-243-0104.  The voicemail is very threatening and they said that if I do not call them back, all they can do is wish me luck for what is going to happen to me.  I called back blocking my number.  I asked for the name of the company that called me and all they would say is that they are a law firm.  I asked for the name of the law firm, and they refused to tell me and then they ***g up on me.  If it was a real law firm, they would have answered the phone with the name of their law firm

2 different people called me today.  I called the first one back and they ***g up on me because I would not confirm my SS #.  He sounded as if he were from Inda with a name of John Smith.  The Harry Smith called and when I called him back spoke to Kevin Johnson - Harry called from phone# 209-396-6907.  They demanded I hire an attorney immediately and threatened to send a subpeona to my employer.  They are also calling me at work which from what I understand is a complete no-no - whether is was legit or not which....is totally absurd!!!

su****ious call from 2 persons stating that they were attorneys and that a lawsuit was being filed a***nst me for a payday loan that i did not take.  could not give me any further information about there claim.
