THE SOLUTION TO EVERYONE'S QUESTION ON THIS NUMBER.This is definitely from Mule Creek State Prison in Ione CA. I have a friend who is an inmate there. They c****ed their ID Call iden***y tag so I had to come on here and figure it out. The prison contracts an outside phone company to provide the service, and apparently they are using a different service now. My phone is on the fritz but my caller ID shows up on my TV.
