These A###$%^^$%$$% holes keep calling my no# at least 5 - 6 times a week and dont say what they want how can I stop them?

I really am beginning to wonder why places like NCO are allowed to exist.And WHY are they allowed to call people that DO NOT have any Capital One cards?? I have never had a Capital One card, and because of NCO I will NEVER sign up for one.They call everyday, many times a day, from all different phone numbers. They never leave a message.I do NOT owe them anything!!! How come they are allowed to harass people like this without any penalties?Seems that being on the Do Not Call list doesn't make a difference for harassment calls like this.

I do not want anymore calls from NCO I have already spoke to these people. If they can not do there jobs right then they have right to call me from 8 am to 9 pm 7 days a week. I have told them to stop calling me and they refuse now they are just harassing me. If they do not stop I will take leagle action.

THEY ARE SCAMMERS. Don't even answer they will **** you off too bad. Report them to the FBI and your attorney general. They will tell you that you have a Capital One debt. Fake number, fake account and offer you a settlement. Just F with them for awhile and pretend like you will give them money. Then have a good laugh and think about them getting what is coming to them.

They are scammers. I don't even have the card they are calling me about. I called Capital One, I don't even have a balance. And they ran my SS number, NO OTHER ACCOUNTS. They have called me twice. Report them to the police. I did ***** with them for a bit and do a bit of scambaiting.

Please stop calling me at this number and remove me from your contact list.  I do not want to be receiving a call from ever a***n thank you.

Called me and when I open my cell it s**** speaking to me in spanish.I ****up immidialty and did a search and walla got to this page.have no clue where they got my number as it is a new number I have for over a year but only now s****ed to use, unless my mortgage bank pass my info which I will not be surprise.We do need some real policing and penalties to fix this problem.My way to deal with it is add such number to my phone book and put them under ignore so for I had already ignore1 and now I have ignore2 this way next time I get a call from this number I don't need to even bother answer as the cell already tell me ignore :-).

Calls and never leaves a message.....

They called me this morning and I answered.  After asking for an unintelligable name, I said you have the wrong number.  Mysteriously this morning I also noticed a $29 charge on my credit card. I don't know if they are related but I am cancelling payment and perhaps reporting my card as being compromised.

They call late at night, after I have already cancelled my card with them. They have told me that they will send me papers to sign up for a payment plan and my friend is having the same problem with them as well!!

They called today and did not leave a message. We are in a debt consolidation program and I don't understand why they would call.

NCO Financial, please report them to the DNC list; I report every call (and periodically receive correspondence from the attorney general of PA regarding the call) but of the ones I do answer, I simply respond to all questions with "I'm on the DNC list", and they always stop calling me.

yep it's Capital One / NCO Collections trust me they will not stop calling!There's restriction option on my cell phone. If they are not in my contact list,they are blocked.

This is NCO Financial, collection agency for Capital One.

They called twice and ***g up both times as soon as I said*****o.

They called for my Mother wanting to collect on a credit card from them that we don't even have! I swear they were trying to scam her! Please don't answer if this number appears on your caller ID.

Digitone Communications makes the PrivacyCall Blocker.  You can block all incomming 800 numbers in bulk and as NCO or the other sarcastic ****s call with their silly local numbers just push the yellow ****on twice and it will block each individual call sending it into LaLa Land. You do need caller ID to verify who is calling.

No answer auto mated phone calls from a collection company! I will have the Bas****s! Blocked!

They call continously and don't leave complete message because they know that my phone is on the DO NOT CALL LIST.  I contacted my Attorney to inforce the law a***nst such behaviour
