Call came from 713-370-7960 from Officer Marshall for the IRS I was to call 209-320-1605 of suffer legal action

heavily accented man called said there was a problem with my husbands taxes. Said he was from IRS.

called me 5 times today and no message left and silence on the other line when I do answer.

Kraft We have received a numer of calls from 209 320 2165 in the last two months. We do not know anyone in Stockton, CA. We presume they are spammer calls. The calls come to our cell phone. We always seem to miss the call. We have our land lines and cell phone on the "DO NOT CALL LIST" We receive so much junk e-mails and don't need or want junk phone calls on our cell phone.

GOT A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER AND THEY DIDNT LEAVE A MESSAGE TRY TO CALL N THEIR NO DIAL TONE.

what is wrong with these idiots?They call me, repeatedly, to talk with me about how my credit-card service works out.  I HAVE NO CC SerVICE!I've been telllng them this for years.  Today, when I reitereated this, the witch was very ****-- AFTER she said they would remove my name from their list-  which they have said MANY times they would do, but did not.After all of this, she KEPT CALLING BACK, and laughed- yes, this is all she did, four separate times.  Finally, I let call-notes get it.  She said her name is Wendy and she was calling about my credit cards.WHAT A ****=  if I had this sort of business, I WOULD NOT EVER do business with THEM.Watch out, these ****s are not on the side of the business owner, and I could only imagine how they would treat clients.  IS ths what anyone wants on their side?I do NOT THINK SO!

I just got new cable and never have gotten a call from The State @ the number inquestion. I wonder how they ever got it in the first place.  I have not asked for my # 2 be published and if so it is under my initials.  Ummmmmm........

Got same message.  Company who they claim they are collecting is real but in talking with them they are a scam.  Log a complaint with company they claim to represent.  866-254-3581

Got MANY calls from someone at DFS, so caller id said. Called them back, and was told Dell Financial Services was calling. I informed them I was on the do not call list, was told would take my number off their list. I got TWO mor calls that same night!! I called back and was told it was an automated calling system calling, and that my number would be taken off that. Sounds sort of hokey to me.

Spanish speaking person calling from this number every 10 minutes!  Sometimes it will show this number, sometimes out of area or sometimes private.  They called every 10 minutes for several hours until I took the phone off the hook!

These creeps manage to wake me up all the time, they call about 3 times a day.  If you try to call back , *69 or direct dial you will get a message from the phone company that your call cannot be completed as dialed.  I suspect the caller is a Hack.

This call is apparently from San Joaquin, CA, but what it's for, I'm not sure. The Caller ID is OBSERVER so****ing.

i fired an e-mail to the phone company Pac - West Telecomm. It wont probably do no good but if it takes as long at the "2nd notice on your car warranty" as it did we are *****ed a***n until another senator gets mad cause they got the call. getting tired of this and of all getting it on my cell-phone... This call is from NCO. It's a collections agency. I just called this number back. I've been receiving phone calls from numbers ****tered throughout the country. The representative I spoke with confirmed that they do have centers all over the country that they make calls from.I hope this helps!

Same as above they call everyday and caller id says spec oly ct, anyway I tried dialing number from work and it goes to a fast busy signal no way to get through and find out who they are.

I too have received calls from 1-209-320-9606 in New Jersey. I have not attempted to return their call and they leave no message. I am wondering if these calls are a result of placing your resume on the Job Boards. I am presently seeking new employment and have my current resume, with contact info on the popular job boards. Is this the common thread for those who have already posted on this site?? And, in my opinion, I do not believe posting on the 'Do Not Call' list will help in this situation.

The caller is supposedly from the California fraternal order of police trying to get money out of you. It is more likely a scam to get money from you by donating to their bogus charity. Although the number is a Stockton number, they have been known to call all of California. Some police districts do raise money by telemarketing calls. If you get a call from someone claiming to raise money for your local Fraternal Order of Police, call your local police and ask them if the call was legitimate.
