This call is from NCO. It's a collections agency. I just called this number back. I've been receiving phone calls from numbers ****tered throughout the country. The representative I spoke with confirmed that they do have centers all over the country that they make calls from.I hope this helps!

I have been getting calls on my cell phone for about 2 weeks. They will call from one number two or three times and then it switches to a number on the other side of the country. I believe there are 4 or 5 different numbers. They just call in a rotation.  Twice from each number. Voicemail is just silence usually, but occasionally hear "representatives are unavailable please hold" but they never answer.Annoying!  Some of the other numbers are 415-358-7671, 804-234-9059, 757-209-2047, 919-913-0963

"Got three already this morning.  I'm not sure how my private cell number made it on to a list, but I've been getting 10-15 daily spam calls from a new unknown number every day.  They never leave a message, they never answer you when you pick up."Same here.What is going on?
