Got MANY calls from someone at DFS, so caller id said. Called them back, and was told Dell Financial Services was calling. I informed them I was on the do not call list, was told would take my number off their list. I got TWO mor calls that same night!! I called back and was told it was an automated calling system calling, and that my number would be taken off that. Sounds sort of hokey to me.

They have called no less than 10 times per day for the last 2 weeks.  Today they called 13 times.  They never leave a message--all I can hear on voicemail is unintelligible, ****led s***ch and background noise.

I finally answered one of their rude calls and made arrangement with to s**** paying more to make up the behind payments and only asked for the calls to stop, "no problem". I get them about 8 times aday.

I received a call from 2093209686 and the same message a heavy breather. They just switch numbers. It is Dell. They call my cell every hour on the dot. Its frustrating.

they have been calling my wife nonstop, so i called to ask who was calling.  she immediatly snapped on me, i finenally got her to calm down and admit the call was from DELL finantial.  i responded with "and thats why we quit doing business with dell".

These people are the rudest people I have ever encountered. They are Looking for someone name Allen Hall and for the past 3 months they have been harrassing me. Finally this morning I asked to speak to a manager and she gave me so much at***ude! She wouldn't even give me her name. I'm taking all actions I can to get them to stop calling me!

I answer once to these calls and I had a woman yelling at me for some dell account, I try to explain her about the wrong # we made our pc I don't buy them and she swears that I have to pay her so****ing, How can I get rid of these calls, they are wasting my cell minutes

I receive 10 calls a day from the 209 number, they never leave a message, and when I answered they threaten legal proceedings and they won't tell me what the debt is or they won't send me a copy of the debt. they wanted my attorneys number. they call my work and tell the operator about legal proceedings.  I can't understand anything they say being they are not american, and when I asked to speak to an american he yells at me and bcomes verbally abusive.

I received 6 calls from this number today and everytime they leave a message, you hear nothing but background noise. My daughter answered and no one says anything. It is constant and quite annoying to have someone to call to say nothing. They have called other times, but would not leave a message.

I have been getting calls from this # for 2 weeks, at least 5 times a day. They never leave a message. Thanks for the info about their at***ude.

This number belongs to a collection agency.  They have been harassing me about my Dell account, which is behind due to unemployment.  These people are ****s and****holes!  I'm reporting them to my State Attorney's office.

keeps calling over and over

caller left message that i was NOT to listen to message if not the person named. Excuse me, it's my phone and i'll make the rulesrepeated calls to me with no message. I blocked the # then s****ed receiving calls from a 716-809-**** #. blocked it too

Called my home at 8:05 in the morning asking for some woman who doesn't, and never did live here.  I tried to explain that to the female caller and she YELLED at me saying, "FINE!!"  So I called them back over and over until they let me speak to a manager (or so he said) and I advised him I was filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (went out in the mail today) and with the California Attorney General's Office.  This company is a DEBT COLLECTION COMPANY

Called my cell phone 3 times in one day and left heavy breathing on my voice mail.

2 missed calls...don't know who this is....if it was so important to talk to me they could have left a voice mail or so****ing

Received a call from them, they left no message and caller ID only said it was from Stockton CA
