Preferred Property Management has rented me this home for 8 years! & “ CLAIM S “ I’m no longer covered by THE AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT! Says owner refuses to issue any yearly leases!& raised my rent during this COVID-19 EPEDEMIC, & refuses repairs until she hears from OWNER! I’m disabled! W/ multiple medical conditions & am MILITARY WIDOW ON LIMITED INCOME ( my rent now exceeds 2/3 of my income, no late pays,usually pD by USBANK CASHIERS CHECK, ! I’m recovering fr, ‘& it is NOT MEDICALLY SAFE FOR ME TO BE MADE TO MOVE BY CONTINUOUSLY RAISING MY RENT ( Five first one year lease expired, I am on a month-to-month for the past eight years! On 02/22,, I was fitted with a heart monitor from the stress of threats of higher rent!heat attack (01:24/22)@ TRAVIS AFB HOSPITAL,& have MULTIPLE medical conditions ! I originally rented this house under the Americans with disability act and provided her with all my doctors medical records when applying! There are many things wrong with this house that I’ve had to pay out of pocket to put in handicap bars in both bathrooms and they have not replace the carbon monoxide/fire alarm and the second the spare bedroom and one year! She drives by my house every day and made the statement why is my garage door open all the time! I have home health care nurses that come at all hours of the day and church members that visit at night as they know to make sure I’m ok! I wear two leg ***ces to foot ***ces hand ***ces and a back ***ce and walk with a walker inside my house I have home security set up through Comcast that also monitors the inside and outside of my rental 24/7!!!! She claims the OWNER WANTS TO RAISE THE RENT TO AN UNREALISTIC $2,100, + per month, This house needs extended remodeling inside & out! I FIRST GOT A CALL AT 11:59 ON 12/21/10.  SINCE I DIDN'T ANSWER, THE PHONE CALL CAME IN A***N AND A***N UNTIL 1:45AMHOWEVER, WHEN THEY WOKE ME UP THE FIRST TIME, I SIMPLY TURNED THE RINGER OFF. BUT I CHECKED IN MORNING, AND THEY HAD DIALED MY NUMBER BACK TO BACK CONTINUOUSLY.  THEY WON'T WAKE ME UP A***N, BECAUSE I WILL CONTINUE TO TURN THE RINGER OFF AT NIGHT.

Got a call on my cell at 10:42 AM yes****ay PST from this number. Didn't leave any voicemail.
