Asked to speak to an individual by the persons full name and when I asked what it was in regards to she said just calling to verify

This number has called 4 times in 2 days. They never leave a message, and I don’t answer numbers I don’t know

Caller ID says the incoming call is from Customer Care. I answered the call. Person kept saying 'hello'. 'hello'. Almost like she didn't hear me. I called back and reached a recorded greeting: Thank you for calling. You've reached Customer Care Global on a recorded line. Customer Care Global is a debt collector. This is an attempt to collect a debt, and any information obtained will be used for that purpose. Please hold and we will transfer you to the next available agent.
