Called today and left message saying "Sorry missed you this is  TSI on behalf of a non profit209 ..."

I got this call twice tonightI requested them to take my number of the calling list 3 times..and still get the call.....Plus they call me at 9pm today,isn't it tooo late to call for donation?!?!

Got call tonight answered it they ***g up.

The number is the California Police Youth Commision Fundraising , and it is a scam. Attorney General Edmund G. Brown Jr. filed eight lawsuits a***nst 53 individuals, 17 telemarketers and 12 charities on May 29, 2009 that "shamelessly exploited" people's generosity and squandered millions of dollars of donations intended to help police, firefighters and veterans. Caller ID indicated CA Police YC, ****ed up when answered....

Its the California Police Youth Commision Fundraising #. They called me at 8:57pm on 6/24/09. I'm ornery, so I called back. The office is out of Stockton. They are just asking for donations. Irritating about the time of the call though.

this phone # was on my caller id at 5:52 2 times on 6/19 caller id said Ca Police YC with no msg left.

Called and ***g up when I answered - -why do they bother??

me too. what is this ? is this a scam. because they are soliciting for a children's foundation i"m not sure. is this really a california police number?

I got a call from this same number only my caller ID said "CA Police YC" I also would like to know who this is??

Called about 5 minutes to 9 this evening, didn't answer and they didn't leave a message on my ma****e this happen at 8:55 pm on March 2, 2009 called id is CPYC

Called at 3:55pm PST on 3/2/2009 ***g up after the ma****e picked up. Caller ID said "CPYC".
