This IS a scam call. The man said that "legal action is going to be filed a***nst my social security number.

This woman adopted a dog from me. I lent her a head collar that I gave her the option to buy, if she kept the dog. She did not and turned it in to Animal Control, without giving me the chance to get her or my head collar (for my service dog) back. She then refused to give me my head collar back! We recently lost my service dog's head collar. I contacted her immediately and asked her return it. She is refusing. Do not lend her anything. Do not trust her with animals.
