I keep getting calls from this number saying his name is charles mcdaniels.  He claims that I borrowed money from a payday loan company....which I never did....  Help.  This man is extremly hard to understand, he is either indian from india or ****ese. I threatened him with the attorney general and it stopped the calls, but they are s****ing a***n.....He is scaring me to the point that I wonder if he can get to me........

I just received a call from a Thomas Wright, Morgan and Freeman on my cell phone.  In the last month I have been getting a few a week, from different folks.  He asked for my attorney name.  I asked him what was the nature of the call.  Pretty much cutting his questioning off.  I guess he became overwhelmed because he ***g up.  I could barely understand what he was saying.  All you have to do is ask them how do they spell their name, company name.  They will **** up.

These people called from 209-780-4537 and they stated i had a legal matter payday loan. Please people dont trust this people this is all a scam and dont worry you are not being sue and you dont have any legal matters to take care of, no payday loan will send you to jail or anything dont worry... all this people dont speak english.. it is very scary this people have all your info hey have mine but i am not sure where they are ge***ng this info from but guys this guys are scam please dont pay them anything..

They called and said that I was being sued for a loan I never received. When I called back they ***g up on me. He said that he could only help if I talked to him right now and there was no point in calling another time.
