I have been getting about 6 cakes a day from area code 209. I never answer and block everytime I get one.

This number has called 7 times in one day calls every day at least four times a day needs to stop

I keep getting calls from this number saying his name is charles mcdaniels.  He claims that I borrowed money from a payday loan company....which I never did....  Help.  This man is extremly hard to understand, he is either indian from india or ****ese. I threatened him with the attorney general and it stopped the calls, but they are s****ing a***n.....He is scaring me to the point that I wonder if he can get to me........

Received 2 messages 2 days in a row from an Indian guy who said his name was John Watson (yeah right) saying that either me or my attorney need to call him back immediately and if we don't that 'all he can do is wish me luck as this situation unfolds on top of me". guy above me had the same thing happen so i'm****uming its a scam. guy never said what the company was or what it was in regards to. very threatening.

I got a call from this number, they were claiming to be the Federal Legislation claiming that I am being sued and the case is in two days in California, I never even lived in CA, then they gave me a number of the attorney 209 780-5213 Leo Fernandez which is the same number by the way, I called and he asked who I was I asked who are they, they said WHAT DO YOU WANT! then they said there going to press charges a***nst me for harrassing them, however they called me. This is a company trying to scam people with threats, if you see this number don't even answer it these people are horrible and crazy, but if they have your number they probably have your social security number like they have mine so make sure you let the credit bureau know to put a block and protect your credeit.
