SOME FREAK CALLED ME AS WELL FROM THIS #, AT MY PLACE OF BUSINESS.  WHEN I TOLD HER I WAS THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY AND THERE IS NO SUPERVISOR ABOVE ME, SHE ***G UP ON ME......

I got a call from DCS Inc looking for a Phyllis or Tyler. I asked the lady her name and she said she could not tell me that info that she need to locate and or speak with Phyllis or Tyler right away.I explained, I do not know a Phyllis or Tyler, she then ask me my name and I said well if you called me then you should know my name it's listed with my phone number, she thanked me and hing up abruptly before I could interigate(?) her more and then give her a good tongue lashing.The numer that came up on my caller ID was 209-858-.3500.

I just received a call from Crystal Saavedra, looking for my neighbor.  Said she found that we were her neighbor and asked if I could get this message to her.  She gave her return number as 209-858-3712.  My caller Id shows the caller from DSC Inc at 209-858-3500.  What kind of scam is this?  What is this about?  Should I be concerned?

DCS probably stands for "Debt Collection Service"

Just wanted to post a comment after reading the previous ones...I came to this page after sear****g for "Skipper DCS" and found all your comments.  My call came from a different # (541-955-7800), which is from Grants Pass, OR, but is registered to Skipper DCS in Tampa, FL.  They wanted to speak to my ex-husband, who does not live here, and when I said he was not here, they ***g up.  I am guessing this company must be some kind of info-gathering type, but sounds like even though they have many locations, must be a legitimate business of come kind, but one I'm highly suspect about.

Crystal Saavedra called my residence and proceeded to interrogate my 9yr old son in attempts to receive personal information about me.  She also asked him his name, age, grade and what school he attended.  Shortly thereafter she called my place of employment and interrogated my supervisor as well!

We got a call, similar to above from 209-858-3712 asking we could get our neighbors phone number. The person gave us the name Crystal Saavedra in California and to call her back at 1-800-866-5317 ext. 3712. She stressed urgency and that it was about a personal matter. the caller ID shows DCS as the name to 209-858-3712.Indeed, beware.

209 858 3712 keeps ringing my cell phone looking for my Dad.  When I had him call back she immediatley asks for his social security number.  When he refused to give it she got rude and he ***g up.  I think this is some kind of scam company trying to steal money or personal information.  She would not say what company she was with and only that it was a "personal matter".Beware....

The same lady, Rosalyn, just called my apartment phone. Oddly I have no idea who this person is, but she knew my first and last name. She went on about how she was trying to contact a guy named Philip, who lives in the same building as me, and I told her I did not know the person nor how to reach him. So I gave her the number to the complex office. What's up with this??

Hi all. I did a reverse look up for this number using US Search. Since this number was calling my neighbors looking for me, I figured the $15.00 to find out who it is was worth it. For anyone interested, this number is registered to Incorp Skipper DSC located in Tampa, FL. This is interesting since doing minimal internet research indicates that the # (209-858-3626) is a land line located in Manteca, CA. The address of Incorp Skipper DCS is 929 Henderson Ave., Tampa, FL 33605. I've yet to locate more information about this business online, but am still trying. I checked Google street view to see if an image was available of the address, but its not. I found an aerial view of the street address. Looks like a bunch of apartments. All available, listed phone numbers and addresses for this street address are home phone #s and addresses. I suppose US Search could have the wrong information, but it certainly doesn't look like there would have been a legit. business at this address at any time in the recent past. I submitted a complaint about the harassment to the BBB, but have not received a reply. Perhaps if additional complaints are received....

The lady called my neighbor looking for me!

This lady called my house and left a message stating her name Rosalyn. I called the number back and she wanted my neighbors number claiming he works at the local school.  I kindly told her...if he works at the local/public school doesnt it make sense to call the freakin school and not my house...
