It a scam for. A loan
This guy is still upto old tricks. Robert G has c****ed his phone number and still trying to fraud poeple and really calling all us loan officers in St Louis. I found him a***n in www.craigslist.com marketing credit repair. His new phone numbers are 314-329-**** and 209-965-7624. His website is www.creditmakeover.info and they are not apart of the BBB and not accreditted under credit repair? Scam artist beware and be careful with this guy.http://stlouis.bbb.org/
I have been receiving calls from a "Gavin Thomas" with a very--very--very thick Indian accent. The message has a lot of static on it and I can barely understand what he is saying. He says so****ing about he needs to talk with my husband or his attorney of record and it is very time sensative and if he doesn't hear from him that all he can do is wish him luck as this unfolds a***nst him. It took 4 messages for me to be able to understand the phone number!! I have received these calls before and they are a scam. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION. When they tell you that you owe X amount ask them to send you the original loan do***ent. If they ask where to send it just tell them to send it to the email/address they have on file. If they threaten you with arrest they can't do that. There is no debtors jail in America and they cannot come and arrest you at home or work. THOSE ARE SCARE TATICS and that's how they get the money. Really, who wants to be arrested??? I REPEAT---DO NOT GIVE THEM ANYTHING--name, address, phone number, social security number, bank account, credit card--anything. If they are for real they already have all the information they need. These people are a fake and have been doing this scam for a long time. You can go to the FCC websit and find their warning. Also report it to your states attorney general.
