This is the phone number that appears on all calls that originate from Fort Sam Houston, San Antonio, Texas. It doesn't matter which phone (land line) on the base is used, the caller id will always be the above number. Please do not mark as spam because then doctors will not be able to reach patients.
Got 2 calls right in a row from this number. Did not answer both times.
No voicemail was left. Super sketchy.
The caller left no voicemail, but called again a little later. He turned out to be my brother, who works on Ft. Sam. LOL!
Group text Virus Link. Avoid!
Called but left no message. I immediately blocked the number based on the prior comments I read.
Number called, I didn't answer as I do not pick up if I do not have the number saved. No message left. I live in SA, 20+ years now, but have an out of state number due to work. I' interested in how they got my number
From Fr Sam Medical Battalion. Sicko who tells people they have cancer

This recorded message said they owed me a refund for computer work which I never had. Tried to get my bank account info. Total scam!

Yeah, my hubby works on Ft. Sam and when he calls, this number comes on my caller id.
novadave Got a call just now form 210-221-1111 on my cell phone. I couldn't answer it because I was on another phone at the time. There was no message left by the caller. Based on reading all your comments, I will simply ignore calls from this number and report them on the FCC's do not call web site.
Not afraid I got a call from this number today on my cell...I said "hello" and a man asked "is this xxx-xxxx"? and repeated back my cell number. I was like duh! That's the number you called right dumbass? btw, I'm in San Antonio. Somebody should track this fool down and report it to their C.O. or whatever the freaking Army calls it.

sleepy in san antonio This morning at 4:15 I was awakened by a call from this number. It was a male asking for a person by first & last name (I get LOTS of calls asking for this name), so I think this occurance really was an attempt to reach her. When I told him I was not the person he was looking for, he hung up immediately. Just in case, I'm unplugging the phone so I can sleep!I do know that this person he was asking for who used to have my phone number is employed at the Ft San PXtra because her supervisor has called here looking for her a couple of times.Hope that helps get a little closer to solving this mystery.Caller: Private CallerNumber: 210-221-1111
Kap I got a call from this number today, I recently visited San Antonio, Texas, so I thought it might be a legitimate call, but I didn't answer, when the voice mail came on, the person hung up. So glad I didn't answer it after googling and finding this page. I do not live in the continental USA. If anyone got an update on who is making these calls, please post it. Thanks.
Concerned Jane Doe NONE, no message. Happend to have my headphones connected on my phone at the time. Did not hear the call come in, do to the fact I had been away from my phone at the time. But I was at the time of the call connected to Internet, had have also these past two weeks or so been recieving texts from Lubbock, Tx;and other phone calls from Indiana etc. I don't know if it's ALL connected somehow, but I have noticed some similar numbers as from above by chance tonight on my familys home line! Thank God, I have always been in the wrong place at the apparent times of these occurances. Plus, I including my family, if we don't KNOW the number and whom we expect to have a call from, it's ALWAYS ignored! If I personnaly get one like tonight, and every other UNKNOWN, I take my civil liberaties and try to track it!! I found this site among MANY others and of course found this VERY interesting and of course I want to REPORT the CALL!!
Don Got a call today fro 210-221-1111. I didn't recognize it, so didn't answer. They left no message.
MB I received a call today from this number - the guy asked me, "Do you believe if Zombies can swim?"
I received a call this morning asking, "Do you believe if Zombies can swim?"
Jack I guess the prank calls of several years ago originating from this number are still continuing. Got a call from one at 4am, eliciting sexual remarks. Hung up on them. They called back immediately, but this time I used my trusty whistle, and that put a stop to the crank calls.
I guess the late night prank calls of several years ago originating from this number are still continuing. Got a call from one at 4am, eliciting sexual remarks. Hung up on them. They called back immediately, but this time I used my trusty whistle, and that put a stop to the crank calls.
Angel Getting the call from morning to around noon. its been a few days now and its really getting old. I thought it was my friends calling from overseas and i was missing it. I looked up the number and found several websites posting the same information . It disturbs me that someone is willing to be so cruel when we have loved ones overseas and hate seeing that we might have missed their call. The number does remind me of the Operators number on military posts. My husband would connect his line for his morale call that way. This really needs to stop.
Mike This number is from Fort Sam Houston in San Antonio Tx my daughter is stationed there and I get a call from her from time to time from this number.
Jay got a call 8:00am today. I wasn't at my desk and they left no message. Ill post if a get a callback and talk to someone but at least I now know to be cautious.
Teresia Pierson A call came to my work phone number from 210-221-1111 when I happened to be away from my desk. We have the ability to see all "missed calls" and I saw that it was this number. They did not leave a voicemail message. I did reverse number look up and saw this website, so I'm reporting it.
they always call to get a auto glass price quote. then when i call back the number is not in service. weird?

cjk I just received a call from this guy. I answered the call kind of puzzled because i don't know anybody in the 210 area coed. I asked who it was and he said that he had a missed call from me. I know that that was not the case, I never called that number. So i googled the number and found this site. I then tried to call the number back and it said it was not a working number. I work for a phone company and I'm going to track this number. I will post with more information when i get it. If i do find out where this person is I will go to great lengths to make his life miserable.
elv Received a call from the 2102211111 number early this morning around 2:50 am. The call came up as a private caller but the number actually showed up. The male on the other line was incredibly disturbing and kept acting like he knew me. Although he did somehow know my name, and at that point I though maybe it was someone that I had met. But, it later became clear to me that the voice was completely unfamiliar to me. He kept saying, "you know me" and then he would breathe heavily or laugh. I kept telling him that I really didn't know who it was and he became really upset. He said that he was going to call back tomorrow and I hung up on him but he wouldn't get off the line. I called the police and filed a report immediately and the police told me that they were aware of the situation. Apparently this man is a reserve in the military.
what gives A guy just called me from this number asking they had reached someone at AT&T. I immediately recognized the 221 prefix as being from the military base so I thought it was one of my civil service friends calling me. But who the heck is this guy????
in the know This is a general number from Ft Sam Houston. The number is displayed for most calls originating from a U.S. Gov't Phone on the installation. No way to determine who the caller is unless they state and give you a valid call back extension.
I got this phone's calls, really hate it.
I waited pressed 1 to speak to a representative and was told that I would wait 1 min. I waited 30 mins and never spoke to anyone. I called back and the number did not go through. I have received this automated message many times to I believe this company has multiple numbers it uses to avoid being caught.
Lenny I often get this phone call on my mobile phone and the caller hangs up when they here my voice. The call comes at all hours of the day, including late evening. It is annoying and harassing. I was hoping we could form a vigilantist group, find these persons and beat them. Please stop!
I missed a call from this number on my cell, however they left a message calling me by my nick name. I couldn't make out the callers name. The message said to call him back, but when I tried it said not a valid number.
I saw this same number. FSH GOV 210-221-1111 on my mother's phone, at my parents home. The call came in at 2:08pm 5/5/08.I called it back and the gestalt is that you cannot call that number. What kind of people are the MEPS stations letting in to the service now? Don't they check for the folks like this. Obviously the dude has a few bolts missing in his mental ticker.
I had talked to a lady saying this number called her. A male asked her if she was the one that he was supposed to pick the weapons up from. She said "what weapons?" and he said he must have the wrong number and hung up. When she tried calling the number back it was invalid. This is strange.
The harrassing calls must be coming from someone who works at Ft. Sam Houston, the Army Base in San Antonio, TX. I work on a government contract and we have a customer at the Fort - her number comes through on my caller ID as 210-221-1111, but her direct line is different. The pervert thinks he's safe because his direct line is masked.SO - if you have business at Ft. Sam Houston, answer, otherwise - let them leave a message.
This umber is just a generic Govt phone number. When you call back its like calling an operator. Unless you know someone that works on FSH and have theyr DIRECT line, youre not going to get anywhere. As far as some guy talking to everyone in the late night/ early morning, thats probably some soldier on post, sitting in an office doing CQ or something with nothing better to do than to jack around with people at night.
Recording says it is not a valid # when calling back to it.
Got a call from this number and it turned out its a generic number shown from any phone used inside the Brook Army Medical Center at Ft Sam Houston San Antonio, TX. I got the call from someone I knew that works there and he called from his office and left a voice mail. Thats how I found out who it was. this number may also include other medical related offices around Ft Sam Houston.
We've been getting calls from this number at all hours of the day and night. We don't answer it and they don't leave messages. We also get calls from 210-222-1111. I think someone is making the calls from their computer and masking the actual number with this one.
i got a call last night he did the same thing he did to everyone else, kept asking me what wasn wrong and if i was ok, and i kept asking who it was he said you dont know, you really dont know like i should have known him. it was so creepy i said i was sleeping in bed and he said he wished he was there with me, thats when i hung up on him.
What a creep! I concur with what everyone else here is saying. I mean, he kept saying he knew me, and then eventually he told me his name was Michael, and that we had an encounter like some months ago, and eventually he told me that it was in bed. He asked if I wished someone was there with me, and I was like, my boyfriend, you sicko. It was around 4:30 AM. I humored him longer than maybe I would have, but I know a lot of people from swing dancing so I was like who knows, maybe I know him. Oh well. I filed a police report so hopefully they can arrest his a** or something.
um, ew. I got a call from this number tonight at 1:59 he was very creepy and scary and when i tried to call back it said it was not a working number. he also asked me if i was asleep and i was on the way back from the library so thought it was a friend joking around. he finally said his name was Andy? but i'm sure that's a lie. very disturbing.
Sounds like my ex husband...he's awful at trying to be seductive. He works at Ft Sam Houston and no matter how many times he's moved offices...his number always appears as you mentioned "FSH GOV 1-210-221-1111." It's not necessary one office in particular either...apparently, the medical battalion and IPAP (mentioned above) appears this way. He works for some type of unit in the 75th Division. Unfortunately, when you call back that number you'll just get a recording. So, if he calls again, just say, "Nelson?" He hangs up...then you got your answer. If he just agrees, then it's one of the thousands of soldiers on post.
He called me at 5:41AM this morning. I said, "Hello?" and he replied, "Hi." Then I asked, "Who is this?" He just asked me "Are you OK?" He also had that calm, trying-to-be-seductive voice that another person mentioned. I hung up on him, but felt very disturbed. On my caller ID it says "FSH GOV 1-210-221-1111."
I also received a phone call from this number around 12:30am. I picked it up and it was some guy (sounded really feminine) asking me "what's wrong?" and every time I asked who it was he said "It's me!" and nothing else. I got annoyed and just hung up on him.
I answered thinking it was someone else and they were talking sweet to me, as if they knew me. I answered as a was half asleep and thought it was my boyfriend, but I finally realized it wasn't and hung up. It was really creepy, so be careful, I wouldn't answer it if I were you.
This number is listed at http://www.usarec.army.mil/armypa/onlineapplication.htm It's an application for "Interservice Physician Assistant Program"
called at 5 am pacific time- did not leave message.
