call and left no message, instead of calling back I googled them

They called but left no message

I got a call from this phone number.  The person said her name was Joan and that she was from the Better Business Bureau and she needed to verify my address so she could send me an invitation to an upcoming conference.  I asked her to give me the address and she gave me a false P.O. Box.  I said that was incorrect but refuesed to give my actual address and I asked that the invitation be emailed to me instead.  So far, I haven't recieved any email.  The lady English was difficult to understand and I had to ask that she repeat herself multiple times.I tried calling the phone number back and got a recorded message that said "this phone number is not accepting calls at this time."  A reverse phone number look up shows the number as originating in San Antonio, TX but has no business listing.

Have recieved a couple of calls from this number this week  - no message

no voice mail.
