These people are showing up on the caller ID as Texas. They say I was approved for a car loan. I told them I hadn't filled out any application and they said I did. They have called twice and say the same thing. I haven't and won't give out personal information. They need to be stopped.

They keep calling but never leave a message. I have pre-pay Cell so I let unknowns go to voice mail first. If they don't leave a message, that is their problem.

this number called me too, just once this morning so far. i'm a bit surprised because i live in austria... don't know how they got my number.

that is because it is a fake number, they are covering up their real number by s****ing their number with the fake one that comes up on your caller id.

We have been having the same problem at my house.  The same lady is always on the line, some foreign, possibly Indian woman that I can hardly understand. They claimed to be doing a follow up call about senior diabetics or so****ing like that.  They have called at least 10 times if not more in the past few days even after being told three times to not call back a***n.  Tonight my ***her threatened to report them to the Attorney General, so we'll see if they call back a***n or not. lol

They have called us too.  I told my son if he is home when they call to **** there ears with his whistle.  Maybe they will stop if they can't hear anymore!  They called us 4 times in one hour.

Had been getting these calls from Providian Financial and not answering. Decided to pick up and they asked for my daughter by her nickname not full name and I told the woman she was not here and before I could say anything else she ***g up. Even though I am the do not call list I still get these weird calls. Hopefully since I finally answered that's the last I will hear from that number!

4 calls from this number in just a few hours.  Wasn't home to take call.  They left no message.

This person called several times per day for days. No message.  I kept ignoring it hoping it would stop and answered twice within the 3 or 4 days of constant calls to hear same woman saying she was new to the job and calling from Diabetic****ociation.  Clearly this number was in some sort of auto dialer because it was relentless.  After days of these constant disturbing calls I answered and threatened calling the police and the calls have now stopped.

TWO CALLS.  DID NOT ANSWER.  NO IDEA WHO IT IS.  NEED TO STOP CALLING.

Same as everybody else on this one. Multiple calls per day, no messages, ***ody on the line. This does sound like a company using some sort fo automated dialing system (predictive) that just keeps calling until they get an answer and hopes there is a rep available at the moment to take to call, otherwise it ****s up the phone. But they will keep trying and trying if they get an answer, even a ma****e. Block this "out of service" number. Any company that tries to hide their iden***y cannot be trusted.. ever!

This number called once about a week ago and then a***n yes****ay as a "follow-up" call.  They asked if I was getting my diabetic supplies from Medicare (I'm not old enough to have medicare nor am I a diabetic) so I said sure but I don't want anything from you.  After that they called about 20 more times between yes****ay and today ****il I had the number blocked).  The number came up with different names such as "providian" or "Providian financial" or in one case they spelled providian with a leading comma ",providian" like they had put in too many control characters in the s****ing system they were using [s****ing is when they control what the caller ID will say when the call arrives to pretend to be someone else].  Some names just say, "VoIP."  After that number was blocked they began calling from 360-742-1886 asking the same questions.  Now both numbers are blocked. The Better Business Bureau lists about 20 companies named providian.  None of them have either of the two numbers that pretended to be such to me.

Company who wants to sell you stock market products, you have to invest 'only' 10K $. They will keep calling you, they stop a few months, then they call a***n. These people s****ed calling about a week ago and call me several times a day, when I try to answer no one is there. When you try to call the number back it says the number or comde you have dialed is incorrect. I have heard of these people from other sites linked to this number, the are going to tell you you took out a payday loan in california in 2008 (same line every time, and mind you I have never taken our a payday loan or even been to the state) and want you o wire them $499 or you will be arrested.

Two days in a row now, I get a call from this number, and no answer when I do answer, I try calling the number back and get a recording this number is no longer in use.

Calls day and night, never leaves a message. When I do answer, there is nothing there but static. I live in Beverly Hills, CA. and have no debt, so it's not a debt collector and probably a Tele-Marketing Company.
