Recd a call this afternoon. It was a recording that said so****ing to the effect of a law enforcement officer was calling. So, out of curiosity, I pressed “1” to speak to a person. Man answered - said call was being recorded - stated he was calling from the U S Marshalls office. Asked if I had an****ociation with a specific ZIP code. I said I did. Then this man says, “to release information about the ZIP code****ociation, i need the last four of your SSN.” I told him I was NOT releasing that information. He responds - with an “oh, f^*k” at***ude and under his breath says, “well then talk to the police when they come see you tomorrow (9/3/21) at 10 am” and he ***g up.
