ScamHunter Robo caller scam saying you have a criminal proceeding coming if you don't call them

i was called from this number 210-361-4830, said they were from the Social Security Administration gave me his name "James Wilson" and a badge # 14058. Wanted me to give him my social security no over the phone???

Texted me to ask if I was the owner of the house, said that they were interested in buying my house. I didn’t reply.

They want you to give your DOB and SSN to them. They say that your SSN has been connected to criminal activity. Total scam.

I dont know who calls from that number but they threaten to s**** legal actions if I dont call them back. A voicemail was left and the voice sounded robotic

Left voice mail saying to return call before they begin with illegal proceedings. I called the number back and asked for the address and name of person I was talking to. His response was “why do you want that, you want to come for a ***k?” I said I was going to report the number and he ***g up.

Didn’t answer. They left a recorded message claiming there is criminal activity a***nst my social security number. That literally doesn’t even make sense! Lol spam. Don’t answer!

Claims fraud on my social security number and legal action will be taken.

Caller ID was "Unknown." Caller purporting to be Social Security enforcement. Says there is a criminal action and gives info to contact. Yeah, sure. So they can do their phone "phishing" and get the poor scared ****er to give them their SS number and probably even a credit card number to pay the fake "amount due." SS will never contact anyone in this threatening manner or any manner at all by phone. The number: 210-361-1113 is a fake number, as reported by BeenVerified, 800NOTES, and other background check programs. Beware of this scammer. "HOUIDINI"

The caller claimed to be from the Social Security Admin., He claimed that his name was "David Wilson", and number was "1597542". He claimed that there was su****ious activity on my Social Security with fraud amounting to $89,000.00 and that 15 bank accounts had been opened in my name.He said that my Soc. Sec. will be suspended due to "drug activity" in Texas. I have never been to Texas, and will check this with Soc. Sec. tomorrow.

A recorded message came to my phone stating they were from the Dept. of Human Services and that criminal behavior had been linked to my social security number and that I should call them to take care of this before the criminal charges were filed a***nst me.

SCAM !! This number called me and said I was under legal investigation for SS abuse. SCAM!!!!!!

They chose not leave a voicemail. When I attempted to callback the number was blocked.

The Caller said that he was a contractor for the Department of Veteran's Affairs. He said this was not a sales call but he wanted to confirm my address and my mortgage information. I get one of these types of calls EVERY DAY. I'm on the do not call list and I report unwanted calls to the FCC.
