Said I have a loan out in my name since 2015 that I didn't need my credit checked and that someone was paying on it for a year n stopped so now after 9 years all of a sudden I have to pay and first I'm hearing about it and that if it goes to court I have to pay thousands back over a 800 dollar loan I'm pretty sure it's a scam then the next morning she called me from a private number
