I answer my cell phone and the lady asks for me; I said who is this and she answers Natalie and asks if I am [my real name]. I said Natalie who, and she keeps asking if I am [my real name] but never says who she is with. Legitimate companies have no problem announcing who they are. I actually have two loans with SSFCU and they always say who they are with. Probably are bill collectors as they think they are crafty!
