Actually, USAA doesn't harass people with solicitation calls. These calls are usually about updating insurance or stuff we need to know. USAA is alwats tops in customer service.

USAA will not stop calling, trying to sell me Auto Insurance - I told them NO. I told them to stop calling.  They are not a great company, they are ****s.  They held up a deposit of mine 6 months ago and damaged my credit rating.  They refused to take responsibility.  So when I did let them quote me an Auto Policy, It came out higher than what I have already.  To pour salt on the wound, they sent me a smarmy letter explaining that the rate was higher because of my credit rating - the one they damaged.  Now they are calling a***n wanting to quote me a***n.  These people are the worst sort of s*** on the planet.  I don't believe positive reviews of these louts - probably just USAA trolls.

Yep, it's USAA. It's so your caller ID will pick up a number and you will know that USAA called.

They left a message.  I called them back.  It's USAA, my auto and homeowners' insurance co.  A good, legitimate company.  They needed new info for automatic billing of premiums.  Been with them for 43 years.  Nice people -- great rates and service.
