I get calls several times a day from this phone number, and when I answer there is a pause before a recording begins by saying: "please stay on the line and someone will be with you momentarily."I can't imagine how anyone would have the audacity to call and instruct you 'stay on the line' while your busy schedule is being interrupted by these turkeys!!I say enough-is-enough. A law is needed to be enforced and impose heavy fines when this occurs!

Usually if it is someone that I can't identify over my phone, I won't answer. Thank goodness for this app. MyNumber app has redeemed itself. Great software!
I could not identify the person using this number. But the party did not call back. I do not know who these people are but I'd wish they would stop hounding me.
Harrasing me. Calling for their old customer, I have told them wrong number numerous times but they still continue to call my phone.
Chase Credit Card Collections.
There is a company I would like to recommend that totally eliminated my debt even though I owed it and in fact got me money in damages due to the harassing calls from this debt collector. These collectors are not permitted to contact you and break the law even if you owe them money. Contact Krohn & Moss, westopdebtcollectors.com and they will help you!
We received a call on a Wednesday at 830 a.m. from this number, and a***n at noon. I then called the number and was told it's not San Antonio, but Florida (god knows how that call routing works out). The Wed. call came after a strange occurrence on Monday and Tuesday. On both those days, we received an automated Chase call intended for another customer that allowed me to access that person's payment details. I mentioned this to the woman I talked to on Wed., and she said she'd remove our number from that person's account. Meantime, I used the opportunity Wed. to discuss a blatantly ridiculous $39 "stop payment" fee attached to our card, which was added when we mistakenly made two payments of the balance in full (I made a payment after my wife did). Instead of guiding us in how to cancel the payment for free (which our customer reps at our ***nch told us was what should have happened), this absurd fee was leveled. Still trying to get that removed.
This is Chase. We are on their BLP program where there is no late fee's, no charges, reduced interest adn monthly payments for hardship cases. Our payment was due on the 29 of July and we called on the 27th (24+hrs in advance per our agreement) and advised that our payment would be late and made on 8/7. They said no problem, noted the account and we were all set. S****ing on 8/1 we are getting 5 or 6 calls a day at the house and 3 or 4 on my cell. They have ***g up on my wife as well as while my kids were bringing me the phone to tlak to them. The one time I did tlak, they repeated everything that was agreed to and then told me that I had to pay anyway, right now! I told them "no, on the 7th" and they told me that there would be late charges and it would be reported to the credit bureau's. I told them that the program we are on forbids them from doing any such thing. I was then told that until the payment is made, the calls will continue. I told her thats fine. As they dont leave messages and like to **** up on people, I told the girl I can do the same and promptly ***g up on her.
This is Chase Bank calling about a past due credit card payment. They have called my work 3 times in 2 1/2 hours. They do not leave a message. Chase Bank c****ed our fixed rate to a variable rate and then increased our minimum monthly payment from 2% to 5%. I told them their $1100 payment wasn't going to happen. What a shame that such a big company got so greedy and has done this same thing to thousands of their once good paying, and timely customers.
I get a one ring call at my office about 6 times a day, then immediately goes to my voice mail, which tells me they are automated calls sent simply to harrass people. I can't answer the phone fast enough to speak to anyone, but I am not behind on any payment to Chase.
This number calls me several times a dsy with no answer or message I am tired of the calls and will put a stop to it if I have to visit the person(s) responsible in person.
Okay, this number is in fact Chase bank. I missed their call, but when I called back I was informed that I was overbalance on my credit limit.
I keep getting numerous calls throughout the day from this number... I do know some people in Texas and I have almost answered the phone thinking it is one of them trying to reach me. I guess if it is, they should leave me a message and I will get back to them...

Same thing as everyone is reporting. A call an hour to my work number, no message ever left. Cant understand how they get away with this. If I have a Chase card, I dont know about it, and it is definitely getting cut up.
i hate the company calling here every day every five muniutes it annoys everybody y do they keep calling they always tell me to hold and they say that the lines r still busy and yet they called me!!!!!!
They said they were a CC company and we were falling behind on our payments. not so! Plus they didn't sound legit!
These people call at least every half hour every day. There is no respect - they call early morning and late at night. Every time they call, they don't leave a message. I have caller ID and I won't answer any calls if it's out of area. I want them to STOP now!!
Ok, so we are not in so good with Chase bank right now, we owe them money on a credit card.. but still, lay off, every time we do answer the phone they want a post dated check... WE DON'T HAVE MONEY FOR IT NOW!!!! and we won't know until we get paychecks. They gave us a free credit counselor number to call.. and we did, and we are setting up our payments and budget plans with them. And chase says we still need to pay them too, EVEN THOUGH THEY GAVE US THE NUMBER. These people are rude also, they call anyday they want... yes EVEN SUNDAYS! they call between 8:30AM - 8:30PM and many many times a day... very annoying, they even call when you set up a future payment with them. very ignorant
Has called about 6 times since my original post. I've set up debt consolidation, so hopefully the calls will stop soon.
these people are connected with CHASE Manhattan Bank and are trying to collect on a delinquent credit card account... they will call up to 8 times in a 24-hr. period... if you have caller ID, just don't answer the phone call instead of aggravating yourself talking with them!
S****ing a couple of days ago, I s****ed getting calls from this number. If I call it back it asks for my 16 digit number. When I answer, I hear clicking or silence, then they **** up. I've been getting a call every hour or two, and sometimes back to back.
They call me all the time--back to back calls on my cell and then my home phone next.I don't answer.
I have been receiving phone calls from them for the past 2 months. They always call looking for Keisha. On the chance that I do answer my phone I have explicitly asked them to stop calling me, but I continue receiving 2-5 calls a day. Also, I received a call from a different number asking for Keisha. I would really like to know how they have my number as I use my phone for emergencies only and rarely give out the number.
they always ask for a chester some thing jr.
They call me at home two or three times daily plus on my cell phone and at work. My husband has worked out payment plan but they keep calling and asking me to give them a post dated check way before the payment is even due.
This number has called us 8 times today. We're a small co. (4 people) and no one here has any credit problems. The last time they called about 20 minutes ago, I could hear someone on the other end (sounded like office noises in background), but when I said "Hello" several times, they finally ***g up. What's up with that???!!!???
I've received 3 calls already from 8:30am-10am. I didn't answer because I don't recognize the number. But I'm pretty sure they wont stop calling now.
these people will NOT stop calling...call like 15 times a day early in the morning too!
They call me at work about 10 times a day as early as 8AM!!!!!!!!!!!
rude and disrespectful people, constant calling and harassment.
Don't answer this if you don't know the phone #. May charge you for phone call not sure though. I rec'd other call from another # but for another co.
