This number when called back does put you through to a representative who will say "We are 'Chase Card Services' feel free to report us," and I will. I called Chase customer service who verified this number is not affiliated with their bank; the representative said unfortunately he receives about one call per week reporting this same number. I am guessing they can legally use the name "Chase Card Services" as an llc or so****ing similar. The Chase representative said that the only way to deal with it is getting the number blocked by your phone service or reporting to police. Good luck everyone!

They call several times daily, and dno't leave a message.  I do have an account with Chas, but nothing is past due and they have no reason to be calling me.

I've been getting these phone calls relentlessly over the past week. Last Friday I canceled my Chase credit card. Well, I just spoke with a rep who called from this number and he asked if I would be making my payment on time (I've got a week and a half before it's due, by the way). He had all my info, including account #, payment due date, amount due, etc. While I'm almost positive it's legit (as Bank of America employs the same tactics to ensure they get paid), don't give them any sensitive information. It is, however, a great opportunity to tell them what you think of their service,****uming of course that you've been taken for a ride by Chase bank like I have.And as a side note, get as far from this bank as you can. Their practices are down right criminal, and I have saved myself so much grief (and money!!) by swit****g to a credit union. And ABSOLUTELY REPORT THEM to the FTC - I couldn't agree with the previous post more.

Bunch of thieves. Do not answer!They call randomly and when you answer,it's a ****** ma****e asking you for your ****** account number. If they insist calling you, please report them to the Federal trade commission. They are breaking all the rules that covers your rights as a consumer,whether you are late on your payments or not. They are not allowed to call anyone before and after certain time of the day or night. Let the FTC knows how they are harrassing you.

It's Chase card services

Called my cell 3 times while I was at work.

They have called about 10 times today already on my cell phone. They won't leave a message. I do have accounts with that bank, but I never miss a payment, so there is no reason for them to contact me.

called at 6:30 am asking for a 16 digit account number for card services. The only account i have thru an account services is current and not past due. No reason for them to call

This number keeps calling and no one is there when you answer.  It even called at 8:30 on a Sunday night.  On caller ID it says San Antonio, Texas.

It Chase card services my brother used my number when he open his bank account and they called looking for him.

Dialed the nber back and it asked for a 16 digit account number. Gives details on when customer service is open if u stay on the line. Of course when I called the customer service department was closed. Get the call several times a day. Ready to call the cops about it. They never leave a message either.
