Impersonating social worker.

This number came up as a known spammer. Person on other end was calling from Georgia. Said the number was 404-382-6754. I asked then why would it be received as a local number if it is from Georgia. Representative named Phillip Thomas said so****ing about having a local office attached to the 210 675-8335 number. When resear****g the 210 number it comes to residential addresses. The rep was aggressive in his tone.
