This voice(woman’s), left a message where she was asking for a person, by name, who was once the owner of my phone number(and has been deceased for many years). Upon calling the number back, repeated ‘busy’ signal. Obviously SPAM! Thx.

most likely a robocall attached to a scammer. There is no profile attached to this phone that ****s up if you answer. I cannot tell what they really want - am I giving them a signal? or in that short amount of time are they getting any data? Whatever the case this phone number may be in use to someone that does not want anyone to know who they are. Never answer or accept - just hit your off ****on twice to cancel the call (iPhone).
