This phone number showed up on an email about a PayPal account. I was to call if I wanted to dispute the charges when I called there was no identification that this was PayPal customer service. The caller wanted to find my IP address so it could be blocked from being used. My computer is so old they told me it was getting late and they would try a***n in the morning
