Leave a CommentI got a call from this number saying they were special agent and a restraining order and complaint was filed a***nst me in 2008 for a credit card the girl was rude and talked 100 miles a min I told her I would have to check my records she said I had an hour or they would treat that as a refusal and I told her I was not refusing anything but she was going to have to slow down so I could take the info and she ***g up!
I got a call from Anthony ???, He said a complaint had been filed a***nst me and I don't even live in Texas...
I received a call from this number about a 'complaint' filed a***nst me. It is a SCAM. Do not return their calls. I have since reported them to the FBI for investigation. These calls are illegal and I plan to take whatever action necessary to prevent this company from ever making these accusations a***n. It is such a sad shame that people go to these lengths to extory money from people.
I received a phone call from a special investigator. She said that I had a restraining order a***nst me. She told me to call this number. I have called it but it won't go through. This is a SPAM. My dad is a retired police officer and he informed me that all restraining orders are served by the way of paper do***entation. Not via phone.
I received a message from a Special Investigator John Ferguson. I immediately contacted my pre-paid legal service. They advised me that any legal action would require some do***entation being sent to me via mail. They are likely a scam company trying to add additional fees to your phone bill. If you choose to respond, do so from a public phone. In any case, true legal actions are not carried out via phone messages but rather certified mail.
They called me claiming they are a Special investigator and that they need my info etc etc. Scam scam! Dont believe this ****!
Michelle Lacy, a Special Investigator with Central****et Bureau, called my house looking for my son. They said he had gotten a PayDay Loan from Cash Advance USA in January 2011, which was totally false! My son had to report this to his banking ins***ution and Experian/Equifax/TransUnion. What a hassle, and what a scam!
