Called, and heard breathing in the background as well. They asked for someone that does not live here. I explained that they do not live here or at this number then I ***g up. The Ncb Mgt Srv Inc did show up on my caller ID. I'm****uming that it is a spam or someone phishing. I highly doubt they are looking for someone. And if they are, they are trying to get information. Ever since lockdown s****ed in 2020, scam and phishing calls have increased along with many crimes outdoors. Please people, be careful.

Call id was 210-966-9154. Call back regarding an arrest warrant. Please don’t fall for this garbage.

So you get me to sign up and you found nothing on this phone number. I got a message saying 4 complaints a***nst me and legal action would be taken. This is very threatening. It is Texas number and I do not even live in Texas. Been verified found no info so it was useless.
