Cincinnati Joe Monday August 27, 2018 2:31 p.m. Call on cell phone. LM from what sounded like a female speaking a poly-tonal language, possibly ****ese, lasted 47 seconds. Of course I have no idea what was said; but, it was probably illegal.

Keep getting calls with recorded message in an Asian language (****ese?). This is spam. I don't know anyone who speaks this language, and this NY number does not belong to anyone I know. I think this is illegal.

The whole recorded message was in ****ese - so the nature of the phone call is not known. It still happens enough, and too many times to be considered very annoying.
