I had a number calling me all kinds of hours like this. They were checking when I was home. and used that information to ***ke into my house. So now if I do not know who it is I do not pick it up. So someone can't tell when I'm home.

I got a call tonight at both 9:30 and 9:46, forbidden times under the telemarketing "laws".  I answered the first time and no answer (that was the 3rd or 4th time they called.)  The second call they made I got a person.  I flew off the handle and asked for a supervisor making him aware of the law and the fact I have 2 kids.  The 8 yr. old wanted to know what was wrong and was freaking out.  My other child is SEVERELY disabled and seized all day.  I finally just got her to sleep and now, because of those dirt bags, will be up for another 18 hrs. with her.

got three calls somewhat late at night. called back but got no answer. f*ing new yorkers.

Got calls all day yes****ay and even after 9pm TWICE which is expressly forbidden under telemarketing rules. Thanks for the info listed above. I hope we can stop this company. This is in NH.

I get the calls over and over and everytime I answer, the line is dead.  It makes no difference if I pick-up on the first, second, or what ever ring there is no message.  I found an office number where I spoke to a live person at 212 260 0070.  I was told that I would be taken off "the list".  I would like to know how and why I got on "the list". This "business" is being operated by a person with the name of Carol McMahon.

This number call me 2 to 3 times a day and I have a family member dying and there is no respect...we need to stop this. What can be done.....

Keep getting calls from this number.  Called AT&T to try and block it- they said to use Call Blocker.  Would be great if call blocker service was available for that area!!  Couldn't block the number.  Called back twice and let the phone ring until it disconnected.  You'd think they would not pay to call so many times for nothing!

I got a call on Sunday morning Mar. 22.  It rang four times and ***g up.  *69 gave me the 212-260-1308 and cost me a dollar because I don't have caller id.  What is with this number?  It's not the first time they have called and ***g up!

Getting calls from 212-260-1308 in Missouri too... Whitepages.com shows the number belonging to Marzena Maloszycka, 278 1st Ave, NY, NY 10009

I called the 212-260-0070 as someone else suggested, and they said that it was a computer dialing too fast. They supposedly removed me from their system.

Called a***n at 1:40pm. This is not the first time I have been called several times by this number.

The number 212-260-1308 continues to call my house repeatedly.  The caller ID says “Central Research.”  When I answer, there is either no response or the call ****s up on me.  I have called the number to see if someone will pick up the phone, but there is a funny dial tone, no answer, and no answering ma****e.

This number called my cell.  I didn't pick-up, and they didn't leave a voice mail.  I also looked up the number on white pages and came up with Marzena Maloszycka. I called the number back on a work land line and of course, ***ody answered.  I hope this isn't a hacker of some sort. I wonder how we could find that out...

I received calls from 212-260-1308 on Feb. 3, 2009. Innocently enough, the call s****ed at 5:34pm then as the night falls, the calls continues:1. 5:34pm2. 6:43pm3. 7:34pm4. 7:42***. 7:53pm6. 8:48pm7. 9:00pm8. 9:10pm9. 9:***mI called Optimum to complain when I received the 1st 5 phone calls. But they can't really do anything since they do not have a service that will block specific number. They suggested I call Verizon. Unfortunately for me, they are close. Lucky for them, they are getting their sleep. I even turned off my ringer just and that didn't work for me either since I have 2 other phones in the house.Finally, after the 9th call, I've decided to call my phone service provider a***n for the 2nd time.  (now I feel like I'm harassing them :)This is crazy. What is the point of calling and no answer? ****s up either in 2 or 3 rings. This is not sales call or "research" this is called HARASSMENT! I called my phone service provider and they said, I should dial *57 after I receive the harrassing phone calls (I just need to do it up to 3x) so that way it will register on my account and they can then forward to the authority. They gave me other number to call in their harrasment, etc departmet. That's useless to me because they are close too.I filed a complaint with national registry (since my number should have been registered on the do not call list) but that will not solve the problem right now. I CALLED 212-260-0070 and asked them if 212-260-1308 belongs to them, the woman on the phone replied possibly (with a so what tone) I told her about the phone call and that this is now harrasment and told her of what I have done so far and what I will do tomorrow to continue to report them to the police if the harassment doesn't stop. The woman on the phone told me that they are not tellemarketers. She asked for my number (although I was hesitant, I gave it to her sine what difference would it make). She sounds annoyed on the phone as if, I'm the lucky one that gets special phone calls from their ****** company and whatever kind of monkey business they are running. She put me on hold and after 1 min. she said, my number has been removed from the list and will take effect in a few min. It is now 9:50 pm and so far no phone call.
