"Account Services" is completely fictional and completely a scam. See here: http://www.consumerwarningnetwork.com/2008/12/03/account-services-watch-out-for-the-scam/ They called me about refinancing my credit card and I followed it through because I don't have a credit card. First clue should have been that they didn't specify which credit card. As soon as I told the woman I didn't have a credit card and was concerned someone had one in my name, she said, "OK. Thank you. Bye," and ***g up. Lovely. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFO. I am thankful I didn't even have the option.
