Received a phone call from this number. I didn't answer and they did not leave a voicemail. I tried calling back but only got a busy signal each and every time I ried to call. I'm thinking it is spam.

Received a call today on my cell phone from telephone number 212 319 3744. I did not answer it. They did not leave a voice mail message. I tried calling the number back several times throughout the day - got a busy signal each and every time. Will consider it to be spam - especially after reading all the comments here. Thanks to all who took the time to add theirs.

They called twice, no message... when i tried calling back it just goes to busy signal

I got a call did not answer I read some these comments about when you answer they **** up I don't understand why they do this do they get paid to call people and **** up what is the purpose in doing this

Had several calls 07/31/2014 and 08/01/2014. Did not answer and no voice message left.

Same as below; however when I pressed "1" to speak to someone, a woman answered and I asked who was calling me. She asked (in a foreign sounding voice) if I wanted to lower the interest rates on my credit card. I repeated, "who is calling me?" She ***g up. SPAM

Called with an automated message regarding "no issues with my credit card..." but they can lower my interest blah, blah, blah. Press 1 to speak to someone who can help or press 2 to discontinue the call. Complete Spam.
