Call came in - I could hear the line was active but mostly unintelligible static. It took them a awhile before they ***g up When I tried to call back it - I got automated message that # was a CELL # and “could not be completed as dialed”. VERY SU****IOUS - DO NOT ANSWER - BLOCK THIS #.
