I have been harassed by these people pretending to be representatives from the Apple Store. When I notified the Apple Store , they said they will never call you to inform you of a breach. You as the consumer will have to report an issue. These people are brutal. They wanted me to meet them at a local Winn Dixie to purchase a part to correct the issue. Really! They’re dangerous. The number comes up on the caller ID as Apple.

The call says there is a problem with an iCloud account and to talk to someone touch 1 and to **** up (as if they are trying to be helpful), touch 2. The problem is that these calls get repeated and repeated and repeated. We’ve received 3 today just in a couple hours.

I have gotten five calls to day 24 Dec 18. Saying I have a breach with my iCloud account and do not use my iPhone until I talk with them.

Scam

Apple aware that person or persons have been calling with number. They say give no info.

Not an Apple number = spam
