First off they call multiple times a day. Then I missed a call and called back to get the message this number is no longer in service.

I've been receiving many calls from this lady with a strange accent asking for Tammy(unknown person). Usually I don't answer my cell, but it got to me that I answer.  This is ******, I live in Florida and this person is calling from Manhattan, NY.  Didn't say anything else.    Can someone investigate this person, this has been going on and off for the whole month of April 2008.  And today is April 24, 08.  If you have any questions or got any info concerning this matter please don't hesistate to email me:  [email protected]

I have s****ed getting calls from Solomon Davis an Valentine somthing regarding an old debt that was opened in '95 I did have allot of issues with credit back then, so in the last fewe years, I have been dealing with allot of old debt, collection agencies and so on... The thing that struck me about this company first is that when I s****ed my negotiation thatI normally do with collection agencies. it was too easy. I just said I'm not paying the full amount, I will only pay this amount or you can forget it.. I got transfered to a "supervisor" who told me the would offer me a settlment of about $40.00 off the total. I said maybe you dont understand, im only paying 300.00 about 50% of the debt and im not paying anything else. she gave in right away... strange and unusuall for it to be that easy. also they wouldn't take a credit card or debit card, they needed my account info...I told them I didn't have it and they needed to call back.. when they called back, they had c****ed their mind and told me they would take my debit card... fishy.. I was honest and told the man that I didn't trust him and i wanted to research his company and the debt before paying, he said that is understandable, i will call you back in 1 hr...and here I am, he is due to call back in 30min now and thanks to this forum. i'm not paying.. not to mention I paid that balance last year and my credit report shows it...212-377-0364 / 212-377-0182 are the #'s they are calling me from.
