Leave a CommentSaid someone opened a credit card in Austin Texas
Ben Dickson called and stated that someone in Austin Texas opened credit card in my husband’s name and gave me case number. Conviently handed me over to Jason Oliver with Expirian saying 4 of my accounts had red flags on them. Jason got upset with me because I wouldnt collect my card information for him and he called back on agreed time. I looked at my accounts through my apps and the charges that was stated wasnt there I informed him of the fact and he got upset as I proceeded to remind him of the false claim of the new account then he hung up on me!!
my zelle transactions were made
Said somebody tried to open a card in my name… I ***g up called Chase. It’s a scam!
Claimed that a credit card account was opened in my name with my social security number. Later "transferred me to the credit protection bureau" and tried to close three of my credit accounts. When I challenged him about being fraudulent, he became belligerent.
Chase stating someone applied for a credit card. I have my credit bureaus on freeze so this could not happen. They then wanted to transfer me to CFPB via phone. I said no. Allegedly applied for card in IL
This is a s**** or Fraudulent call spoke to Chase that's what they told me That's one of my banks so Fraud department said that number is used very often by fakers
Shows as CHASE in caller ID, but the two different persons who spoke to me on the call sound like scammers. Poor English, phrasing is odd. They act like they are calling me because of a credit application in Pennsylvania using my name and info. But then they wanted to go through a list of credit cards and have me verify which ones were mine so they could figure out for me which ones were "fraud." Right, why would Chase being doing this for credit card accounts that have nothing to do with Chase?
CALLING EVERY 15 min. NOT CHASE.
